"Cuộc đua" ngược dòng thị trường bất động sản: Khác biệt để thành công
Khảo sát từ Công ty Phát triển và Kinh doanh Bất động sản WeLand cho thấy, từ quý IV/2022, thị trường đã có những tín hiệu trầm lắng, giá và tính thanh khoản giảm mạnh, phổ biến nhiều dự án có dấu hiệu cắt lỗ 20-30% nhưng vẫn không tìm được người mua. Tuy nhiên, thị trường đang đón nhận các tín hiệu tích cực hơn.
Xây nhà giá rẻ khó đủ đường
Có một nghịch lý của thị trường bất động sản Việt Nam: nhu cầu về nhà ở xã hội rất cao nhưng nguồn cung thấp; trong khi nhà ở thương mại, nhất là phân khúc cao cấp, lại dư thừa, chủ đầu tư thường phải xin “giải cứu”.
