Stepping out onto the balcony is the immense blue sky, the trees and the winding river appear within eyes.Late in the afternoon, leaving the bustling and dusty streets, a peaceful space opens up with the sound of gurgling water, blue and soft curves, which soothes the heart.Inspired by the green architecture movement that prevails in the the great cities of the world, the elevated but still tree-lined streets of Manhattan (New York), the eight bird-filled parks of Paris, the architects who have exploited every level, the shades of blue and diversified them everywhere Material: tree beds, grass hills, rocks, lakes, awnings... at Gem Park.

The covered pool protects from the sun, creating privacy and a feeling of coolness because the jade color reflects from the lake onto the roof. The stepped corridor leads to the garden, and the winding walkway is wide enough for the whole family or group of sisters to join in. The park area is open with winding walking paths in the shade of trees. The lighting system of the project is quite elaborately designed, far beyond the norms of an apartment complex. Choosing high-end led lights for the lighting section, the designer also skillfully chose the softest accents and shades, just bright enough but not dazzling, creating a memorable accent on a luxurious but unpretentious living space that is friendly in harmony with people and nature.

Luxurious golden light and LED recessed lighting adorn the ceiling of the building's reception hall. This LED lighting system with many shades also creates various layers of light, making the architectural decorative lines shimmering and sharper. The children's playground area is designed to be illuminated in the style of the stage with multi-colored, sparkling, rhythmic rotating lights that increase the entertainment and the feeling of fun, as in the evening. The garden is illuminated in a gentle resort style, creating a romantic tone. The walkway is illuminated with specialized ground lighting, waterproof and self-adjusting from time to time. The trees in the park are decorated with spotlights and light up the walls, large branches are decorated with tiny chandeliers that give the effect of shimmering stars in the sky.

In particular, the lighting devices here, in addition to the function of self-adjusting according to each time frame, the designer also prioritizes the use of solar energy, which is both environmentally friendly and helps to significantly save electricity for the user.And so, a day in Gem Park begins with a gentle sun where the door frame is closed with peaceful green and a spectacular light party of night.
