RAISING ACCESS CRITERIA FOR SOCIAL HOUSING
The Ministry of Construction is taking comments on the draft Decree on the development and management of social housing, which, already relaxed the conditions for residence and income for buyers.
In particular, investors and beneficiaries of social housing support policies receive preferential loans at an interest rate not exceeding 50% of the average lending rate of commercial banks. Have these relaxations been appropriate, in fact, to increase access to social housing? What more solutions are needed to effectively support home buyers as well as investors?

In my opinion, the bottom line is that the State should consider issuing taxes with owners from the second property onward or applying taxes based on the time of ownership. Those who own more properties will be subject to higher taxes than those who own less. The shorter the period of ownership the higher the tax transfer and vice versa.
