‍The internationally experienced architects of the South Korean company ADU took full advantage of the location of the project to expand the vision. The highly functional design at Gem Park helps to link the utilities together according to the cultural practices and habits of the users. The project used up to 50% of the area to meet the needs of the community with a full range of connected spaces. Green inner park with many convenient facilities for fun, meeting, picking up visitors, taking pictures of the big family during festivals such as Mid-Autumn, Christmas, Lunar New Year, Children's Day. The children's playground area is next to coffee shops, mini supermarkets, restaurants... so it is convenient for parents and parents to watch their children playing with friends in the playground. In particular, the sports field area is emphasized with tennis courts, multipurpose courts (basketball, soccer...) built in the local area. These areas are calculated to be harmoniously divided based on the needs and habits of the inhabitants so that the living and peaceful space is separated, the children's play area is maximally safe.

From colors, styles, materials all offer a sense of relaxation

‍Inspired by the green architecture movement that prevails in the major cities of the world, architects exploit all tiers, shades of blue and diversify them in every material: tree beds, grass hills, rocks, lakes, awnings... Along with blue are earthy, gray, gray-blue tones that make up a harmonious and elegant ensemble of Gem Park. The landscaped hillside area up to 4m high with terraces built right in the heart of the project both creates an emphasis in landscape design and helps residents to “climb” right in the heart of the vibrant city. Exciting experience at this scenic hillside offers a precious feeling of relaxation after a hard day's work.

What is easy to notice in the design, construction of Gem Park is the beauty of the curve that is present everywhere. The shapes and winding lines in the lobby, garden, pool not only create a feeling of relaxation and lightness, but above all also express the emphasis on safety. The safety index is also pushed higher as blocks are delicately linked together to dissipate gravity, minimizing the risk of subsidence events, a factor that few urban housing projects are able to implement. At night, the panorama of Gem Park is shimmering thanks to the finely designed lighting system. Choosing high-end led lights for the lighting section, the designer also chose the softest accents and shades, just bright enough but not dazzling, creating a memorable accent on a luxurious but unpretentious living space that is friendly in harmony with people and nature. Gem Park - where every resident can find all the amenities, every need for relaxation, rest, training after a day without having to go far. It is this that will make Gem Park residents both save time and safety and upgrade the lifestyle of their families, themselves, which they cannot find when living in townhouses.
